Kelly was thorough and even called me afterwards about additional options for treatment. I appreciate her thoughtfulness/concern specifically to my child's care and resolving the issue.

Dr. Flett went above and beyond to work in both of my children back to back so we could began treatment as soon as possible, and in a convenient way for me. She was very clear and kind in her explanation of their illnesses. I felt so much better when we left the office.

Our room was dirty. There was an old swab test sitting in the table. Our nurse seemed annoyed that she had to give my daughter a swab test for flu and strep. When my daughter gagged after the nurse performed the strep swab test, she looked at my 9 year old and told her her gagging was why she wore PPE. Our nurse was awful, but Dr. Flett was amazing.
