We are brand new to the area and trying to navigate with a sick child is overwhelming. My experience yesterday was beyond supportive and helped put my concerns at ease. I felt heard. I felt understood. And I mostly felt that I was in the right place for both myself and our child. Everything from the moment I called with my concerns, to scheduling an appointment, to check in and time with doctor was all done with the utmost respect and courtesy. I appreciate having a place to turn to when needed for our child(ren).
