Your resource for payment procedures, billing information and a list of health insurance plans we accept.

Payment for services will be collected at check-in. Our practice accepts most major insurance plans. However, if we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance company, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that our practice is a provider.
