What if I have a question after hours?
Our after hours phone system is focused on dealing with urgent health problems.
Questions about refills, appointments and billing cannot be handled after or before
our normal hours of operation. For questions of a non-urgent nature, please call
our office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday or 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
What should I bring with me to my child's appointment?
Please bring a complete list of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications that
your child is taking, your insurance card and co-pay.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes. For the convenience of patients with urgent health needs, our office offers
same-day sick appointments.
What if my child has an urgent health need on the weekend?
Our physicians hold Saturday and Sunday morning hours for sick children who cannot
wait until Monday to be seen. Appointments are required and can be made by contacting
triage at 704-384-8800.
What if I have a question about my child's medical bill?
Billing questions may be directed to the customer service contact center at 1-844-266-8268 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
What is the process for completing a health form?
A child needing a health form or sports physical form should have been seen for
a complete physical within the preceding 12 months. As of August 2017 we have a new policy for our forms. Forms brought in with a patient for a well visit or office visit will be completed at no charge. Forms needed within 6 business days will incur a fee of $30.00. Forms needed with 7+ business days will incur a fee of $15.00. Replacement forms are forms that are lost after receiving will incur a $15.00. Any FMLA paperwork that needs to be completed will incur a fee of $30.00.
Forms will not be completed on the weekends due to limited staff.
